This week we honor Beau Cornwell of the West Branch Boys Basketball team as the Sheet Metal Workers Local 263 of Eastern and Central Iowa Athlete of the Week! Cornwell scored 23 points and pulled down six rebounds in the Bears 58-33 win over Bellevue last Friday. Cornwell is averaging 23.5 points and around seven rebounds a game for the Bears. In addition, Cornwell was the QB on the West Branch Football team and threw for over 2,000 yards and 20 touchdowns this fall.
