This week we honor Connor VanScoyoc of the CR Jefferson Baseball team as the Sheet Metal Workers Local 263 of Eastern and Central Iowa Athlete of the Week! Van Scoyoc was named the Iowa Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year last week, the first ever honor for a J-Hawk Baseball player. Van Scoyoc, an Arizona State signee, is off to a 1-0 start on the mound with a 1.24 ERA and is batting .364 with a home run and 4 rbi.
