This week we honor the CR Jefferson Boys 4×200 Relay team as the Sheet Metal Workers Local 263 of Eastern and Central Iowa Athlete of the Week! The J-Hawk relay team has been outstanding to start the season, in bitter temperatures. The 4-some has put up the top time in the state to this point with a 1:31.73 timing. The team consists of Josue Bokoyo, Mitch Hall, Ezeki Leggins and James Baugh.
