This week we honor Eve Magill of the CR Xavier Volleyball team as the Sheet Metal Workers Local 263 of Eastern and Central Iowa Athlete of the Week! Magill, a junior, is putting together a terrific year for the Class 4A #1 rated Saints. The 6′-5″ inch front-line player had 23 kills on Tuesday in the Saints win over Waterloo East and has 141 kills for the season, averaging just over four kills per set. Magill and the Saints will meet Class 5A #1 Cedar Falls in a huge MVC showdown on Tuesday.
