This week we honor Matt Davis of the Benton Community Football team as the Sheet Metal Workers Local 263 of Eastern and Central Iowa Athlete of the Week! Davis, a senior running back, is currently 3rd in the state in Class 2A rushing going into week 4 of the season. Davis is coming off a 168 yard, three touchdown performance against CPU last Friday. Davis has rushed for 448 yards with 8 scores on the year. He also leads the defense in tackles with 20 along with 2 sacks.
