This week we honor Megan Renner of the Linn-Mar Volleyball team as the Sheet Metal Workers Local 263 of Eastern and Central Iowa Athlete of the Week! Megan helped lead Linn-Mar to the semi-finals of the Class 5A State Volleyball Tournament, before losing to eventual champion Cedar Falls. Megan was selected to the Class 5A All Tournament team with 50 assists and 4 kills for the two games in Cedar Rapids. Renner, a junior, will play her college volleyball at Purdue.
