This week we honor the Prairie Boys Golf team as our Carpenters Union, Local 308 in Cedar Rapids, Local 1260 in Iowa City and Local 678 in Waterloo/Dubuque “Corridor Spotlight Team of the Week”. The Hawks finished 3rd at the Cedar Falls District on Tuesday and qualified for the school’s first trip to the Boys State Golf Tournament. The Hawks were paced by junior Ian Johnston with a 75 and senior Sam Lockhart with a 76. Prairie will take part in the State Meet on Friday and Saturday October 6 & 7 in Marshalltown.
