This week we honor Sasha Koenig of the West Branch Girls Basketball team as the Sheet Metal Workers Local 263 of Eastern and Central Iowa Athlete of the Week! Koenig, a sophomore, is off to a tremendous start this season averaging 21.5 points a game. In addition, Koenig is averaging nearly four assists and three steals per contest for the Bears who are off to a 4-0 start for the season. West Branch will meet Solon on Thursday and go to defending 2A State Champion Cascade on Friday.
