Teal Tuesday will not be a thing. Do not try to make it one. The Iowa men begin Big Ten play Tuesday night and due to a family connection Fran McCaffery got a pretty good look at Northwestern recently. National Signing Day is 24 hours away but the day no longer feels like it's as important as it used to be and Todd turns to cooking shows to explain why. Despite all the advantages, especially in terms of NIL money, is it possible the Ohio State football job is actually harder than coaching at Iowa or Iowa State? Todd's bowl projections for the Hawkeyes and Cyclones do not line up with those of Scott Dochterman at The Athletic. ESPN's Tristan Cockcroft joins the show to answer fantasy football questions as Todd swears off the hobby for good...again. Oh, and don't plan on scattering your ashes at Disney.

Monday's show includes news about Bears, both the Chicago and Japanese variety. Jaidyn caught Todd doing something Saturday morning at the station and it isn't clear who felt more awkward. December begins by looking back at how November ended for both the Hawkeyes and Cyclones. After all the shenanigans between Iowa and Nebraska last Friday, there's only one thing remaining to truly cement the Black Friday game as a real rivalry. Jay Higgins gets the nod as BMOC despite Kaleb Johnson's big game-tying touchdown. Speaking of Johnson, his departure for the NFL is touched on. After playing the biggest game in program history Saturday, the Cyclones ready themselves to do the same again and Matt Campbell uses a term that once again reminds Todd just how similar the Cyclones and Hawkeyes are. Saturday's Ohio State debacle opened the door for another life lesson for the kids listening on their way to school. An old friend helped bring the news of Matt Eberflus' firing to Chicago radio listeners and Todd couldn't be happier. Todd checks a box off his career to-do list.

If you missed this morning's show, be thankful there's a podcast. Todd previews what will be a very emotional Senior Day Friday in a way only he can. John Steppe of the Cedar Rapids Gazette joins the show to preview the Huskers and weigh in on Todd's turkey power rankings. A listener takes umbrage with Todd calling Saturday the biggest game in Iowa State's history. A Bluesky user is this week's "Dummkopf" of the Week, Wheel of Turkey is totally different than Wheel of Beef. Oh, and Todd muses about the revelation that former Gazette sportswriter Marc Morehouse joined his show under the influence of a not-so-foreign substance.
