This week we honor the Kennedy Girls Track & Field team as our “Metro Spotlight” Team of the Week. The Cougars tied for 1st place in the Lion Invitational hosted by Linn-Mar on Tuesday. Kennedy won two events, Natalie McAllister in the 100 meter hurdles and the Shuttle Hurdle Relay. The Cougars depth in all events led them to tie for first place in the meet, their first in many seasons.
