This week we honor the Marion Girls Basketball team as our Carpenters Union, Local 308 in Cedar Rapids, Local 1260 in Iowa City and Local 678 in Waterloo/Dubuque “Corridor Spotlight Team of the Week. Marion qualified for their 3rd straight trip to the Girls State Basketball Tournament on Tuesday with a 68-49 win over Dubuque Wahlert. The Class 4A top rated and unbeaten Indians are 23-0 and will face Fairfield in a 4A Quarter-Final next Monday at 6:45 in Des Moines.
