This week we honor the Prairie Boys Basketball team as this week’s John’s Lock and Key “Metro Spotlight Team of the Week”. The Hawks are off to a fast start with a 4-1 record and 2-0 in the MVC. Prairie has won three straight , including a win over Class 3A #1 rated Dubuque Wahlert 57-56 on Tuesday. The Hawks are led in scoring by Max Smith-Drahos and Cal Clark, both in double figures. Prairie has a big game at Linn-Mar to close out the pre-Holiday portion of the schedule.
