Xavier Boys Basketball team!

This week we honor the Xavier Boys Basketball team as our “Metro Spotlight” Team of the Week. The Saints captured their second consecutive Class 3A State Championship with wins over Mount Pleasant, Waverly-Shell Rock and a 54-49 win over Sergeant Bluff-Luton in the championship game. The Saints placed two players on the 3A All Tournament team in juniors Jackson Joens and Matt Mims, who was named captain of the All Tournament team.
