This week we honor Adrianna Katcher of the Center Point-Urbana Girls Cross Country team as the Sheet Metal Workers Local 263 of Eastern and Central Iowa Athlete of the Week! Katcher, a senior, captured the Girls Class 3A individual championship at the State Cross Country Meet last Saturday at Fort Dodge. The win was Katcher’s third title in her four years of running varsity competition and helped the Stormin’ Pointers to a 6th place team finish in Class 3A. Katcher will be attending Southern Illinois to play basketball and will now get ready to for her senior season with CPU coming off the 3A title of a season ago.
