This week we honor the Kennedy Baseball team as this week’s John’s Lock and Key “Metro Spotlight Team of the Week”. The Cougars swept their neighbors on 42nd Street Xavier on Wednesday night winning 15-11 and 6-0, with Jacob Henry tossing a shutout in game two. Kennedy is having another solid season with a record of 15-8 and 9-7 in MVC play. The Cougars play host to Iowa City High in an MVC doubleheader on Friday and Dubuque Hempstead comes in for two on Monday.
