This week we honor the Kennedy Football team as this week’s John’s Lock and Key “Metro Spotlight Team of the Week”. The Cougars have put together the best season in school history with a 13-0 record going into their Championship game vs. WDM Dowling at the UNI Dome. Kennedy won the Class 4A District 5 championship and has defeated Clinton, North Scott,CR Washington and Bettendorf on their playoff run. The Cougars are led by Tailback Tyler Dralle, who is over 2,000 rushing behind a terrific and athletic offensive line. Kennedy’s defense has been stellar as well, giving up less than ten points per game.
