This week we honor the Xavier Girls Basketball team as this week’s John’s Lock and Key “Metro Spotlight Team of the Week”. The Saints defeated Davenport Assumption 57-47 on Tuesday night to raise their record to 4-5 for the season. With the win, Xavier Coach Tom Lilly won his 500th career game, becoming the 34th Iowa Girls Coach to accomplish that feat. The Saints were led in the victory by McKenna Andersen with 20 points and Meghan Joens with 14.
