This week we honor the Linn-Mar Girls Basketball team as this week’s John’s Lock and Key “Metro Spotlight Team of the Week”. The Lions have had a terrific week going 3-0. Linn-Mar won on the road at Dubuque Wahlert last Friday 46-36, followed up with a road win at top five rated Waukee on Saturday 54-51. The Lions then defeated Xavier 47-41 on Tuesday, led by future Iowa Hawkeye Amanda Olinger with 18 points and sophomore Kamryn Finley with 16.
